How to pay for your purchases
The quickest way to get delivery of your items is
to use a Credit or Debit card for payment.
Credit / Debit Card
The NEAC Trading Company accepts the following Credit / Debit cards:
Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Switch, Solo, Electron

All payments are safely and securely handled for
us by Barclays Bank plc, using their ePDQ merchant
services. All details at Barclays Bank
are handled using their secure servers, as evidenced
by the padlock symbol you can see activated at the
bottom of your browser. The NEAC Trading Company
never sees your credit card details for internet
based transactions.
If successful, your payment will be authorised,
but no funds taken until a firm dispatch date has
been arranged. If for any reason there is a delay
in despatch, we will attempt to keep the authorisation
alive with your card company. However, if this expires,
we will contact you to set up a new payment.
Cheque
If you choose to pay by cheque, postal order or
bank draft, you must post us the payment so that
we receive it within 5 working days of the date
of your order. Otherwise, we reserve the right
to cancel the order and make the items available
for sale again. On receipt of your payment, we
will bank the cheque, postal order or money order,
and await confirmation that the funds have been
cleared before arranging dispatch.

from your online receipt on the back of your
cheque, postal
order or bank draft. We suggest you enclose a printed
copy of your receipt along with your cheque.
