Delivery

The delivery of your order will only be arranged when full payment has been received. In the case of payment by a debit or credit card, your payment will deem to have been received after successfully completing an online payment through the Barclays ePDQ online payment system. In the case of a cheque or banker's draft which you post to us, your payment will deem to have been received after the cheque has been banked, and the funds are cleared.

The NEAC Trading Company Ltd does not hold any items shown on this site as stock. All items are held by the relevant artist, and once an item has been paid for, we will inform the artist that the item is sold, and make arrangements for the item to be shipped. There may be a delay in shipping if the artist is not contactable for any reason (e.g. on holiday), but your card will not be charged (or cheque cashed) until a firm dispatch date has been agreed. If there is a delay, and that delay is unacceptable to you, the order will be cancelled and you will not have been charged. We will inform you after you place your order if this situation arises.

Items destined for the UK (not Channel Islands and Isle of Man), will be shipped free. For other desinations there will be additional costs dependent on destination, weight and physical size of the order.

Items should be delivered the next working day (Monday to Friday) after dispatch for most areas of the UK. However, places with postcodes beginning PH, KA, AB and IV may take an additional day. Overseas orders will usually take between 3 and 5 working days after dispatch.
